About DiscoverabilityHQ

Defining the discipline of AI Discoverability.

DiscoverabilityHQ exists to help leaders understand how organisations become understood, trusted and recommended by AI.

The origin

Built by people who have spent years studying how organisations get found.

DiscoverabilityHQ is edited by Michael Montgomery and Hana Bednarova Bravo, whose work has long sat across search, content, digital PR, reputation, authority and the public proof that shapes trust.

Before DiscoverabilityHQ, they built Shout Bravo: an agency focused on content-driven search, digital PR and authority building. The agency was acquired by Incubeta, where its approach became part of a wider search, performance and digital growth environment.

That history matters because AI has not made their original philosophy obsolete. It has made it more important. The organisations that win in AI-led discovery are the ones with clear positioning, credible evidence, useful expertise and a reputation that can be understood beyond their own website.

Editors

The philosophy

AI changed the interface. It did not change the fundamentals.

01

Clarity before visibility

An organisation has to be clear before it can be confidently surfaced. The first task is making the name, category, audience and proof unmistakable.

02

Authority is cumulative

Trust is built through repeated, independent and consistent proof: credible mentions, expert content, citations, reputation and useful public evidence.

03

Recommendation is earned

AI does not simply reward whoever shouts loudest. It leans towards the answer that looks relevant, evidenced, specific and trustworthy in context.

04

Category language matters

The organisations that define their category clearly make it easier for people, search engines and AI to understand why they matter.

How the thinking developed

From search visibility to AI recommendation.

DiscoverabilityHQ is the next expression of a long-running view: the organisations that become easy to understand and easy to trust are the ones most likely to be selected.

Search foundations

Years spent inside search, content, digital PR and authority work showed that discoverability has always depended on clarity, evidence and trust.

Agency building

Michael and Hana built Shout Bravo around that philosophy, connecting search performance with content, earned media, reputation and authority.

Acquired by Incubeta

The agency became part of Incubeta, taking its content-driven search and digital PR approach into a larger performance, media and technology group.

DiscoverabilityHQ

AI did not replace the original philosophy. It made the underlying idea more important: the future belongs to organisations that intelligent systems can understand, trust and recommend.

Why DiscoverabilityHQ exists

To make a new strategic category clear before it becomes obvious.

AI Discoverability is becoming a leadership issue because discovery is no longer only about ranking pages. It is about whether intelligent systems can interpret an organisation correctly, trust its claims and recommend it at the point of decision.

  • To define AI Discoverability as a serious strategic discipline, not a short-term marketing trend.
  • To help leaders understand how search, reputation, evidence and recommendation are coming together.
  • To give organisations clearer language for becoming understood, trusted and recommended by AI.
  • To publish research, models and briefings that make the shift practical without reducing it to generic agency services.
